*10 Burpees OYO
*10 More Burpees OYO (Sneaky Huh?)
Run to the playground
Grab a block
Return to parking lot and stack blocks at one end
*Form a line to perform an exercise while one pax relocates blocks (6) to the other end of the parking lot. Group/carry them how you wish (2/3/4).
* Exercises include:
-Moving Merkins
-In and Out abs
-Jump Squats
-Left and Right abs
-Jump Ups on Curb
-Mountain Climbers
-SSHs
-LBCs
-Belt Kicks
-WWIs

-6 was a nice number for SVU. If you weren’t there we missed you. Seriously, we miss you. Come back.
-There was a nice chill in the air this morning. Felt great. (Once you got moving)
-2 sets of 10 burpees helped mentally. 20 burpees sounds like a lot.
-We caught Goodwrench trying to sneak back to the fartsack but he ultimately he returned to the AO. #Busted
-I finally got to see Shredder’s new bike. I swear that thing can float with those giant tires. Try riding it across the lake.
-Shirley sneaks out of the woods to join us.
-Skipper actually brought a shovel flag. It does exist.
-Cheetah immediately knew what workout was coming when we stacked the blocks. Been a few years but it has returned.
-Kudos to the PAX carrying 3 and 4 blocks at a time. That was solid work. A tweak in my neck and back made me tone it back and stick with 2.
