Main Event
Run from clubhouse to front playground (~1 mile) at quick pace (not far from AYG) stopping 5 times along the way. Each stop: 25 merkins, 25 squats.
At front playground: 50 pull-ups, 100 squats, 100 bench dips.
Run back to clubhouse stopping 4 times. Each stop: 25 merkins, 20 abs.
Mary: Pax selected and led ab exercises. 10 merkins in between – variations – Wide, staggered arm, etc.

- G-RIP RSVP to the preblast was lightning fast “All in”. Q couldn’t even come up with a response. More proof that Cobalt Thursday is the man’s favorite.
- Discussion of upcoming BMW electric driving experience. Germanator in. Q unlikely but sounds like a cool event.
- More discussion of V2V race and related shenanigans. Sounds like the team had a great time and rallied the morning of the race given some harder than expected “training” the night before.
- Toro putting in the work. Thursday regular getting it done. VQ could be coming up here in the near term.
- Solid work men. Thankful for a lot and prayers up for several on the way out.
