Ironically Jersey Boy and Moby Dick secretly showed up at Fission to mend the mass confusion caused this week at PAINinsula. They hugged and high-fived and celebrated the fact that 3 PAX actually Q’d PAINinsula: Moby Dick in human form and actual AI-generated holograms of Goat leading PAINinsula from the Davidson Fire Department and another hologram of JB leading PAINinsual from Viking.
PAX did a descending ladder of incline merkins, CDD’s, lunges, and squats up and down the hill in front of the Cain Center for “PAIN at the CAIN” Part II. More to come.
Blackbeard continues to hammer in the gloom, even while on his recent vacay at Emerald Island, joining the F3 Carterico PAX for some workouts.
Great seeing Bijioux this AM, a regular at Davidson, and Fission.
Some weird discussion was overheard about metal strap-ons during the workout. Later found out the talk was about strap on rollerskates.
