20 pax celebrated World Down Syndrome Day & Holland from Run for Holland by running 3.21 miles at F3 Half-life. 3.21 is signficant as it represents the third copy of the 21st chromosome – Trisomy 21, most commonly known as down syndrome. Here is their story:

  • Today is all about celebrating those with Down Syndrome. So go out and show your love and support by raising awareness and wearing your blue, yellow or RFH shirts.
  • Thank you to all of the pax that showed up to run in support of WDSD. Thank you to White Lightning, Holland & Fenway for being a constant insiration to our entire community. You HIM's continue to motivate us to step up and serve our community with love and compassion and it is awesome to see all of the men in F3 Lake Norman following your lead. Until the next time…
