Partner 1 performs exercise while Partner 2 runs up ramp, across lot, down stairs, back to base. Flip flop and repeat until number is reached.

Great crowd this morning, lots of faces we haven't seen in awhile. Decent amount of mumblechatter, but most of the focus was on the work.
YHC has received his orders, so Gnarley Goat reported front and center. We performed a brief change of command ceremony, with GG taking offical command of the AO. I'm certain things will go to the next level under his leadership.
At least a dozen convened at Starbucks for the first FUEL session. Most weighed in, and we had a great discussion about setting goals for weight loss and general health.
