Bars: Dips x 10 (L,R,Both), Decline Mericans, Incline Mericans

"Delivered": Suicide run up Morning Creek to 4 mailboxes, run back, executing an exercise at each stop:

  1. 10 Squats
  2. 10 LBCs
  3. 5 Burpees
  4. 10 Mericans

Bars: Dips x 5 (L,R,Both), Incline Mericans

"Mail Route" back to pool: Ladder down mericans starting at 10 for every mailbox along the way.

Mary: LBC, Low Dolly, Low Flutter

  • Morning Creek is a little hidden bright spot in Riverbend.  Ask Grip and Hochuli.
  • TSs are not manly enough.
  • Grip made a appearance taking his daughter to the DMV for her coveted learner's permit.  Grip was a perfect example for young impressionable minds by driving reverse into traffic.
  • The secret to the perfect beach bod is Chic-fil-a sandwiches and fries. We had the proof this AM.
