Warmup:
- Mosey around parking lot forward, backward and some side-shuffle.
- Circle up for some SSH, Windmill, IST, Toy Soldier, Squats
- Merkin Time Bmob 1-10
COP:
- Grab block for some OH Press, Upright Rows, Curls, Lawnmowers, Chest Press, Skull Crushers
- Merkin Time Bomb 10-1
The Workout:
- Partner Up, #1 Farmer Carry, #2 5 Burpees and chase down partner, Flapjack
- Keep alternating around parking lot perimeter back to start
- Circle up for Block Squats, Lawnmowers, Skull Crushers
- Start again and go half way to grassy area by church for Cack-a-lacka choo choo, Tunnel of Love and Block Webbs 1-5-1
- Finish Farmer Carry chase rest of way around parking lot to return blocks
- Alternate with partner between pull ups and LBCs
Mary:
- Pretzel Crunch, Merkins, Low Flutter/Rosalita/Low Dolly, Merkins
Moleskin:
- Fun times had by the pax today and a lot of entertainment provided by the canines (mostly R rated).
