– Vortex and Skipper discussed Vortex's unusual warmup routine and Skipper did a pre-jog to assess his knee pain
Cheetah, our journeyman shows up along with Dandelion in his Monster Truck. (Exhaust note is killa)
Did the Covington route to Blades and back to AO. Dandelion loved Webbs Rd. as always, and pushed the pack the whole run. He's been killing it lately, and PR'd his 2-mile and 5k again today. QUICK pace today at 8:10 or so over 5+ miles. It was still FUN though. Reminder: Fun Run only goes as fast as the six.
Cheetah provided the cropdusting due to Skipper's unusual draught.
