So I really start to hit it hard again on on 3/1 and that Post was Swing States 40 the hardway in honor of an old friend and a hero. He started with 40 straigh pull ups. Really? I was sore for days. I think I did all 40 but lord only knows how. Then a week later I went to Arnies Army and Auto pulled out Chelsea, what? I did my best but had to modify. I did a lot and was sore for days..
Here we are, 8 weeks later and it was a different story
Warm-o-roma: (soft warm up tunes)

- Bent over stretch between legs and clap
- IST
- Runner stretch
- 20 plank jacks
- Mosey to pull up bars
2/3 Chelsea (or Murphy kinda) – 20 rounds 5-pull ups, 10-push ups, 15-squats. 1 min round, 10 sec rest
– Soft guns and roses
- 150 Pull-ups
- 200 Merkins
- 300 squats
Back to parking lot:
– 80 or so jump rope, then 5 burpees
– 80 jump ropes, Plank jacks, 4 burpees
– 80 jump ropes, plank jacks, 3 burpees

Thankful for the guys that showed up and help to push me today. Timing was perfect with the rain starting when I got my wifes speaker back in the jeep. perfect morning… I hope the workout lived up to the insane hype!
