The Thang:

Mosey to DUMC, grab a paver and circle up:

  • Once per minute: 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 curls x 4

  • Lap around DUMC parking lot (including stairs)

  • Repeato x 5

  • (after set 3 we did a mobility minute)

  • Dips on your own, WW2 x 20, Low-Flutters x 30 (IC)
