Imperial stormtroopers 10
Windmills 10
Burpees 10
Thang:
Go get a block
Partner up with blocks
P1 block slides to the end of parking lot the runs back
P2 does
5 pull ups
10 mericans
15 squats
Flap jack
Repeat: but now you run to the block and push back
Continue until each partner has done 6 rounds
Continue but instead of pushing blocks, grab two blocks and Farmer’s carry to the end of parking lot then run back.
Flap jack
Partner 2 then runs down to the blocks and Farmer carries them back
Circle up with block
10 curls
10 skull crushers
10 shoulder presses
10 burpees
10 side bends each side
Put blocks away
Mosey to box
4 stations 30 seconds each
Step ups
Squat hops jumping and reaching as high as possible on the wall
Jump back and forth over a line
Slide to side and back
Repeat total of 3 rounds
Mosey around bottom of parking lot back to the cars.
Recover recover
Moleskin:
Bunyan showed off his centerfield arm by throwing the tennis ball to Roxie. It was advice to bring her ball throwing stick in the future.
Tuck decided bed head was better than wearing a damp workout hat.
Squat hops definitely showed off everyone’s 2” vertical leap.
Good work by everyone this morning. I had planned on 10 rounds of pushing the block but decided to audible after 6 rounds.
