FNG-1 = Squeaks
YHC and Qbert ran a 2.75-mile standard with lots of uphill terrain. Arrived back at cars to see a grand total of…zero other pax. Qbert was not planning on staying for the beatdown due to work obligations and YHC was getting ready to head over to Dunkin for coffee and a donut when suddenly, a car pulls in. It’s Pancho and Squeaks! Guess that means a workout will happen after all. Qbert bid us farewell and we ran down to the basement to get started.
Warm-a-Rama
- SSH x 25 IC
- IST x 15 IC
- Carrot Puller x 10 IC
- Squat x 10 IC
- Mountain Climbers x 20 IC
- Merkin x 10 IC
Tha Thang
Cherry B.O.M.B.S
Start in Basement, perform the exercise, run the stairs to the top deck, perform the exercise, and then run down to deck across from Camp Gladiator folks, perform the exercise, run to the basement.
- Round 1 – 10 Burpees at each station (30 total)
- Round 2 – 20 Oblique Crunches at each station (60 total)
- Round 3 – 30 Merkins at each station (90 total)
At this point, YHC noticed a big ol’ stack of blocks in the basement. Need to work those into the beatdown
- Round 4 – 40 Bicep Curls at each station (120 total) (took blocks up the stairs and back down)
- Round 5 – 20 Skull Crushers, 25 Squats with block, run up the stairs, 30 Squats, run down to the bottom, 20 Skull Crushers
Put up blocks and run to the launch deck by the entrance gate

- Camp Gladiator usually clears a path to run through, but they were all spread out today. Oh well, we just ran around them!
