It was a cold post mother's day morning, lots of pax fart shacking after stuggling through the pain of taking over for their wife for the day.
5:00am: Standard for Lego and YHC
5:30am: Mosey to the top, SSH, Windmill, IST, and 5 Burpees to get warmed up
Head to pull up bars for some Tabata (Ciabatta) with Chelesa (5 pull ups, 10 merkins, 15 squats) all while the timer drops from 60 seconds, then do it all over again for 11 rounds.
Break to mosey to the top to do 10 burpees and 15 v-ups then back to Ciabatta
Repeato
Back to the top but this time grab a block: Curls, shoulder press, lawn mowers, chest press, bent over rows, skull crushers. Then a break with another 10 burpees, repeato, and another 10 burpees, and put the blocks back
Completed today: 110 pull-ups, 220 merkins, 330 squats, 35 burpees and some block work
