In honor of the booty shaking super bowl halftime show and with the biggest parking lot in Mooresville as our canvas, we proceded to do the Paula Abdul. 2 lines foward, 1 line back. Jog with bell up 2 lines, back 1, and then pax rotate bell exercise of choice. Curls, skulls, military, snowblower, around the world, jack webb, etc. Repeato 3x through. Sneakily sucked. 17 mph winds blew, blue, bleu.
Bataan/Indian/Zamp once more, back to start, since we could still barely feel our shoulders. Saved a special finisher for our esteemed Master Q, Cupcake. Find a curb for the Wheel of Merkin- 10 oyo incline, right hand on curb, decline, left hand on curb. A real crowd pleaser!!
