The Thang:

Couple of warm up exercises around the field and then the official workout began

Choose your workout bag of fun, selected in order of appearance 4 times around the four corners of the football field/soccer field.

We did exciting exercises like:

  • Squats

  • Tippy birds

  • WW2 situps

  • 8 ct. Body Builders

  • Big Baby Crunches

  • Curls

  • Skull Crushers

  • Mason Twists (American Hammer)

  • Merkins

  • Burpees

  • Apollo Onyos

  • Pillow Talk

Round 3 comprised of 4 mobility-moment exercises.

We finished at the center with 4 bits of Mary.

Perambulated back to the parking lot and closed out.
