Chumbawamba

As communicated last week when i thought i had the Q, i mixed it up a little.  I had a lot more running planned, but when Little Finger showed up with his scooter, i decided to dial it back (even though i know he would have objected)!  In any case, 13 men got knocked down, but got up again…

We started with a little mosey, as we waited for a few late comers to join up.  Then we went right into "Tubthumping" by Chumbawamba.  Every time they said "I get knocked down", the PAX did a burpee.  It seemed easy at first, but they catch up to you!

Next we moseyed to the round-about, with a few pain station stops along the way.  We ran backwards around the clock 3 times, and stopped each time at 12 for 20 Mericans.

Over to the rocks for some full curls, rock webbs, high curls, low curls, chest press, skull crushers, and bent over rows.

Mosey back to Queens Corner for some pain, and back to the playground for some toe-ups, dips, and incline Mericans.

For Mary, Amen led us in J-Lo's, Rooter did crunchy frogs, and Little Finger did 20 WWII sit-ups.

Wilderness regular 'no-shows' included The Force (he notified me the night before), Storm Chaser (claimed he couldn't post cuz his 5 day old daughter is keeping him up), Sweet C (claimed to be out of town), and Black Bart (had no excuse)!

Come check out my next show at Might Jungle this Saturday!!!
