Grab a block and line up in the bus lot. 

20 Block Swings, 20 Merkins, 20 BlockSquats

Mosey with Block to other end of the lot (~300 feet)

20 Block Swings, 19 Merkins, 19 BlockSquats

Mosey with Block.

20 Block Swings, 18 Merkins, 18 BlockSquats

Mosey, etc., etc., down to 11 Merkins and 11 Block Squats. 

Also included were a couple laps around the school after Round 5 and Round 10….

No more Block Swings, but continue the Merkins, Squats, and Mosey combo from 10 down to 1. 

 

No Mary.  No Breaks. Just hard working men moving Cinder Blocks from point A to point B and back to point A, again, and again, and again….
