Cinderblock fun at the Foundry

PAX started early with helping YHC get 24 cinder blocks out from the forest so they are ready to go.  

Start with a .25 lap around the parking lot stopping to warmup throughout

25 SSH IC – run a little

15 Cotton Pickers – run a little more

5 low/slow squats 

Pick up your block and run to the pull up bars

The Thang:

put your block down and step back…slowly and no one gets hurt

10 merkins crawl just a few feet

10 Incline merkins on your block and crawl forward

10 decline merkins with feet on block

5 pull ups

5 chin ups

25 squat jumps 

15 sit ups with block on your chest – round 2 -4 we started doing chest presses after the sit up.  nice idea.

REPEAT 4 rounds – that was tiring

grab block and run to the church

2 burpees

4 steps ups each leg (about 24 inches) with the block in your hands

4 burpees

8 steps up each leg with block

6 burpeeds 

10 steps up eac leg with block

10 burpees

8 steps up each leg with block

(had to time adjust and couldn't keep the ladder going and glad we had to change)

10 Dips in cadence with block on your legs.  not easy to balance that thing!

Walk to cars while doing 15 Curls IC with Block
