The Moleskine:
- Great work today! Honored to be amongst distinguished gentlemen! I don't get to be war-baby often. Also, Hats off to my grandfather-in-law who turned 96. Still drives himself, practically lives by himself and up to about 10 years ago was still lifting weights. Inspiration for perspiration.
- We spent the morning with both Cindy and Mary…? The crossfitters will understand Cindy… F3ers will understand Mary. The M's will raise an eyebrow!
- Cindy is a good fitness measure, usually done in AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 20 minutes. We did 15 sets modified with running. A good target would be 18-20 range.
