5 brave souls showed up in the gloom for a circle of pain

 

Warmorama:

High knees, butt kicks, karyoke, SSH x 25, IST x 15, TS x 15, CP x 15, WM x 15, mercans x 10

 

The thang:

 

5 pain stations were set to do 12 reps at each.  The pain stations were as follows:

  1.  Ab roller ( Yes, I did say Ab roller)
  2.  Flys with dumbbells 15lbs
  3.  Curls with dumbbells 25 lbs
  4.  Kettlebell swings with 30lb kettlebell
  5.  Mercans with push up handles

After completing 12 reps at each station, we ran as a group 1/2 mile.

 

We did 3 sets of the circle of pain and 1/2 mile runs

Another great time of workout and comradery!  Oktoberfest immediately upon arrival, bust the chops of Q for short preblast.  (He had mentioned at an earlier workout that he didn't like the long backblasts)  So the filibustering begins….

Ab roller seems innocent until use, Q pulled a fat muscle.  Recalled a time of demonstration by a third party in front of a group that upon stretching out, a loud gaseous eruption occurred.

Great work by all!  Got in 1.5 miles and fed the pythons!
