Circle of Pain 2.0

The Force liked my last circle of pain so much, I decided to do the faster version.  We ran, we did power exercises, we did extra cardio, and we stretched.  Good morning had by all.

  • 10x Toy Soldier
  • 10x Imperial storm trooper
  • 10x Long snapper
  • 10x slow windmill
  • 15x Mountain climber
  • 10x merkins

  • wall sits + pain – west corner
  • Mary – south corner
  • Cardio – east corner
