Wow, was an honor to have Pierogi show to my 1st Q back since a long IR. I do have to say Pierogi wins for losing the most pounds in the workout today. Not sure how he did it but he disappeared for about 10 minutes came back about 5lbs lighter. Good work out there today Pierogi you are the total package being a strong runner and being jacked. Fenway could use some tips from you. Look forward to the next time we post together!
Mayhem, appreciate you pushing me and your focus and commitment. Always great posting with you and I know we will be posting together again soon. Looking forward to getting on them WWC trails soon brother!
El Chapo aka El Capeeetan, you were my rabbit in the Kentucky derby man. Just tried chasing you and limiting the distance between us as much as possible which was a considerable amount of distance. Inspiration to all runners. Can’t wait for the BRR!
Riverboat, great job out there today was great running with you for the first time or possibly second I believe. I hope to see you out in the Gloom again soon. You got a solid pair of legs under you!
Slugger, you are a beast. Showing up to a speed workout after putting some miles on those legs over the past few days that you did and you never gave up. I hope your calve muscle is not to bad and quick to heal. Rest up. Pumped to be on your team for BRR and hoping we both make it thru the training season with no injuries so we can crush the BRR together this year!
Prayers went out to the Pocono crew as it will soon be race day and you all have put in so much effort and time and we or I respect and look up to you guys and can’t wait to celebrate your individual victories!! We are all rooting for you.
Thank you Kumquat for allowing me to lead such fine gentlemen in the gloom this morning!
