Break into 2 teams. Do this circuit twice:
Group 1: Run from back playground (BPG) to top of LBH/10 Deep Squats/Run back to BPG
Group 2: 10 Pull-Ups/10 Seat-Box Jumps
Trail Run w/ some bear crawl and merkins mixed-in
Do this circuit twice:
G1: Run –> LBH/10 Alternating Leg Front Lunges
G2: 10 Hanging Pull-Ups/10 Bench One-Legged Squat thingies
Trail Run w/ bear crawls and merkins
Do this circuit twice:
G1: Run –> LBH/10 Jump Squats
G2: 10 Pull Ups/10 Block Skull Crushers

Reflection:
You are always "right where you need to be". Simple but true. We are often at places in our lives where we don't want to be, or don't understand why we are there. He always has us where we need to be. Both for ourselves and for others. We never know why, but we know he has a purpose. Be aware, and look for opportunities around you, right where you are.
Moleskin:
– Shredder pulls-in like a boss on his new BIG TIRE mountain bike. Everyone drools and takes a turn around the parking lot in it.
– Cheetah has been hitting the weights on the road and it shows. He killed the pull ups.
– Shirley almost steals Shredder's bike before remembering that he lives in a tree so he can't really bring it up there anyway.
– Strudel offers a smile everytime Group 1 and 2 pass each other on the circuit. I think I heard him cuss me though too.
– When will the humidity go away!
– Good coffeeteria aftewards, with Mustang coming in late because the Chic-fil-A drive-thru messed up some orders they were late finishing up the Iron PAX Challenge
