Claret Jug. Milk Jug. Either way it’s all good at Arnie’s.

13 hard-chargers teed off to see who could bring home the coveted Claret Jug.  It's a good thing this group is not actually in possession of the Claret Jug, as this bunch treats jugs with extreme contempt and undue harshness.

After a group of standard-bearers arrived from what appeared to be rather fast-paced jaunt, we convened for muster, instruction and inspection.  We went to front leaning rest for proper disclamation, knocked out some Americans, and did a short juggy joggy up the hill for Circle of Jug:

5x ssh

5x jug straddle hops

10 x jugmills

10x jug squat press

15 x 4-count juggy lifts

15 x juggy squats

juggy joggy to pull-up forest

5 chin ups, 5 pull ups, 5 commando ups, 5 toe ups

repeato

juggy lunge walk  50 yds

Jugwalk with Jugerinis and jugs out

juggy joggy to bridge

10 jug and overs on bridge wall (up and overs touching your jugs to ground on each side of bridge)

juggy joggy to well-lit intersection

15th round x3

Juggy joggy back to grass field

Jug Webbs 1:4 up to 6:24 and back down

juggy twists

fin

ps also did about 300 Americans and some mobility

No jugs?  Only 1 jug?  No problem Hoodie and Uncle Rico… here are a couple of very nice trailer hitches and a tool box for y'all to juggy with.  Easy peezy fix.  These pax can adapt, improvise and overcome.  Aye.

Whatever happened in "the standard" appeared to be extremely fast and satisfyingly horrible.

The jug and overs were hard on our jugs.  YHC had a jug casualty… my first ever.  But the show must go on, and go on it did as we moved to "the 15th round" which is undoubtedly the stupidest thing you will do as a grown up.  Who dances around in an intersection at 6 am pretending to box wtih milk jugs and trailer hitches??  You do.  You're welcome.  I honestly think we have a few potential contenders out there.  The old feller who sauntered through decided the best course of action was to chuckle nervously, avoid eye contact and keep moving.  Wise choice.

Jug Webbs are always a crowd pleaser and nice way to bring it on home.

Next we counted in Spanish.  I don't know why, but despite the display during the 15th round, this is in fact a very learned and worldly group.  Good job.

Speaking of Spanish, help Speed for Need this weekend if you habla.  If you don't habla, help Speed for Need anyway.  Always a good time.  #whopusheswho

Many announcements of good stuff going on, and prayer requests for our intentions.

Thanks Auto for the invite.

You all did a great job.  I captured some footage of the proceedings:
