Main Event
Mosey from clubhouse to corner of Tranquility and Preservation Pointe. Launch from parking lot for a modified version Triple Nicke (this is the classic set – been a while since it was pulled out). Left out of parking lot to end of cul de sac. 12 merkins at cul de sac, 24 abs of choice at launch point. 5 times through. 12/24 reps was a Germanator request and a good one.
Mosey to gazebo in boat launch parking lot. Use picnic tables for 12 derkins, 12 step-ups, 12 dips. 3 X through.
Mosey back to clubhouse. Burnout with choice of merkins and/or abs for last few minutes.

- Discussions had about several important topics…..kids, more kids, mentoring / giving back, marriage, family, etc. Great fellowship to have during the fitness. Surf took us out…..well said brother.
