Welcome to Alex Jenkin, Ron Wolf for deciding to come out for a second post. Now forever known as Pit Stop and Crocs. Beautiful 50 degree morning to circle an island which seems simple, but the YHC tried to make it as confusing as possible.
Warmorama (all in cadence):
- SSH X 20
- Cotton Picker X 10
- Windmill X 10
- Peter Parker X 10
- Parker Peter X 10
The Main Thing:
Line up at pull-up bars facing down the parking lot for a exercise stack runfest.
- Start with 15 Block Swings – run around island
- Zamperini half way down parking lot
- 15 blocks swings + 20 Merkings – Run around island
- Zamperini to end of parking lot
- 15 block swings + 20 block Merkins + 20 block shoulder press – Run
- Zamperini half way up the other side of island
- 15 block swings + 20 block Merkins + 20 block should press + 10 blocky's – Run
- Zamperini to beginning for 10 Pull-ups and wait for instructions
- 10 LBC in Cadence
- 10 lower case w in cadence
- 10 touch dem heels in cadence
Line up back at beginning to do it all over but with all leg exercises (my duty to provide a full body WO):
- Same idea as above except with…
- 20 Sumo squat – 20 Thruster – 10 each leg reverse lung – 10 each leg Side squat
- back to beginning for 10 pull-ups
- LBC X 20 in cadence
- Pretzel Crunch X 10 in cadence
- Low flutter X 20 in Cadence
Line up back at the beginning to repeat the first round, but backwards and without the running.
- 20 swings, 10 Blocky's, 20 Shoulder press, 20 Merkins,
- Bicycle X 10 in cadence
- J-Lo X 10 in cadence
Line up back at the beginning to do leg cycle again……but…YHC noticed the time. Audible…Put blocks back and line up for the most jacked-up Indian Run I have ever been part of. End up back at the cars for Mary.
- 3 AB exercises I cannot remember called by Metalica, Scrappy, and Mojito.
Notables:
- Blackbeard was quiet and seemed to be ghosting me. The only interaction was "This is a lot of running". So…in response to the MQ's real or perceived cold shoulder, YHC decided to remove running from the 3rd backwards round, where then chatter started on how they'd rather run. Indecisive bunch….
- The WO was not that complicated, but between the YHC's inability to speak, give proper instructions, and the PAX chatter it started off rockey.
- Scrappy, a Judge, was the first to blatently and defiantly break the rules. Is this Judge thing getting to his head? Is he now above the law? So what happens when Scrappy does this…others follow… like Panzer and Metalica.
- That was the most jacked-up Indian run the YHC has ever witnessed.
- Thanks to DJ Scraptastic for keeping us on the dance floor. I was slightly impressed with the YHC's 2 queen relevant Mary calls.
- Rico was doubling the exercises. I hear this has been a trend.
- So great to see two FNG's get named this morning. It only took a half an hour and 40 questions to come up with Pit Stop and Crocs.
Thank you Blackbeard for my last opportunity to Q Mighty Jungle.
