Mosey to Greenway entrance.
Merkin ladder. 1 Merkin at top, run down trail to do 10 squats at bottom. Add 1 Merkin, subtract 1 squat each trip.
Plank, Downward Dog, Cobra, and Pidgeon stretches.
Mosey to rock pile. Grab a reasonably sized rock and head to parking lot

Not much Mumblechatter this morning, until a certain someone seemed to really be enjoying the pidgeon streches we did at the end of the ladder. Maybe a little too much… lots of chatter about that, including a comment about a "snail trail". Nice.
Strong showing by Code Blue, who lead the PAX the whole ladder. Well done!
