It was great weather and enjoyable to knock out my back to back Q. Started off with little mosey around the parking lot and over to the shelter before the track. side straddel hop, imperial storm trooper, dwight shrewd, and wind mill. Then we went into a wall chair with air press. Then the pain began with the pain clock:

4 stops while completeing one lop and it went like this:

Round 1: 10 of each Merikans, should touch merikans, incline merikans, and decline Merikans

Round 2: 15 of each Squats, Slow deep squats, summo squat, and hug the cinder block squat

Round 3: 20 of each full curls, skull crushers, bench press, and 8 count body builders ( this included walking the cinder block with you for the whole loop)

Round 4: 25 of each little baby crunches, world war II, box cutter and revers box cutter, and low dolley

Round 5: 5 in cadence BAM BAMs, 5 in cadence crucibal merikans, 10 on each side of pretzel crunch, and J-Lo for last minute to finish at 615 sharp!.

It was great to know I could do those 8 count body builders after doing so many with Ultra Man for his birthday last week. Hasselhoff's BAM BAMs were pretty brutal, but better than break dance crunches. Great work everyone and thanks for the opportunity Mona Lisa!
