6 men joined up in the soupy gloom this AM for some Clubhouse Rocks!

Warmup:

  • Peter Parkers X 15IC
  • John Travoltas X 10IC each arm
  • Toy Soldiers

Grab your stuff and mosey to clubhouse.  Mosey to main intersection then sprint to Augusta Ridge…mosey to Buena Vista, then sprint to CH parking lot.  Mosey down path behind pool to rock pile.

Everyone is very aware that Vortex is not a professional, but Disclaimer is given!

Thang:

Partner up – size doesnt matter – grab a set of hand sized rocks (5-10#) for each group

Round 1

  • Partner 1- Run long way around CH
  • Partner 2- Lunge Pulse Left with rocks held out to side
  • Switch

Round 2

  • Repeato with Lunge Pulse Right

Round 3

  • Partner 1 – Long way around CH
  • Partner 2 – New exercise the Q demo'd was air traffic controllers, but Retread had a better name – 3D Cross
  • Switch

Round 4

  • Partner 1 – Long way around CH
  • Partner 2 – Find dry spot – Chest Fly with rocks
  • Switch

Round 5

  • Partner 1 – Long way around CH
  • Partner 2 – Rock Squats
  • Switch

Mosey back to AO

  • Found out that a certain pax member shouldn't eat Taco Bell Mexican Pizza the night before a workout.
