Started the day with Stretch Armstrong at the Caboose at Veterans Park next to Main Street Coffee in old downtown Huntersville.
First on the playlist was Reveille. Who doesn't like a little bugle call in the morning? Blackbeard liked it in particular.
TopGun, YHC, took the first half of the workout with some of the favorites. Low Pidgeon came out pretty early.
Trivia question: Who sings the song "Back to Paradise" and what movie was it the theme song for? The band is .38 Special, but the movie was not "Weekend at Bernie's" like YHC thought, but instead "Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise". Who knew?
Die Hard took over for the second half, but we had Mad Sci run through for some Monkey Humpers as well as leaving giant sweat stains on the stage.
Speaking of the stage, what is the name of the stage at the park? Icehouse Park. Which at the concert there on Thursday night, didn't have any Icehouse beer, but they did have Primal. Good to know!
