A workout designed for the old and semi-crippled but still willing!  Meat Locker eat your heart out!

Warmup then to the blocks.  Saunter to gym for various upper body exercises;

low curls, high curls, full curls, skull crushers, squat thrust, dead lifts, summo lifts, American swings.

Returned blocks, shoved various world problems and retired for coffee.
