Indian Run to the boat launch
The Thang –
Run from the gazebo to the top of the boat launch by the road….crunchy frogs x 15, mercans x 15, dips x 15, lunges x 15, run back to the gazebo and repeat the exercises….repeat this one more time, so 4 times the number or exercises…
Hit the gazebo and did 10 CDD, 10 step ups for each leg, 10 Dercans (repeat twice)
Sprint to the Hill, walk to the cul-de-sac, then run back to the swim and tennis club.
10 burpees, then everyone called out a Mary exercise then 5 burpees as time expired.

*We missed Slow Roll discussing hiding light bulbs as it was referenced a couple of times througout the workout.

*Everyone had a good sweat today as it was 65 degrees.
