5 men appeared on a wet, dark, gloomy morning for a faux Murph!

Warmorama:

Stretching, toe touches, etc… until quarum was determined…. Swamp and El Tigre almost went to Shuffletown!

The Thang:

Modified Murph 

We ran 1/2 mile

Did 10 sets of the following exercises:

  • Merkins x 10 IC
  • Squats x 15 IC
  • LBC's x 20 IC

Ran 1/2 mile back to base.

Mary:  None needed!  All inclusive!

Moleskin:

  1.  Love that gazebo when it's raining!
  2.  200 merkins, 300 squats, 400 LBC's… yes, 900 reps and ran a mile!
  3.  Q "ought not of done that" workout just a couple of days out from his 1/2 marathon!
  4.  Dips are not a good alternative for squats (right after merkins) as determined first by 911 and then by Oktoberfest.
  5.  Strong work men!
