5 men appeared on a wet, dark, gloomy morning for a faux Murph!
Warmorama:
Stretching, toe touches, etc… until quarum was determined…. Swamp and El Tigre almost went to Shuffletown!
The Thang:
Modified Murph
We ran 1/2 mile
Did 10 sets of the following exercises:
- Merkins x 10 IC
- Squats x 15 IC
- LBC's x 20 IC
Ran 1/2 mile back to base.
Mary: None needed! All inclusive!
Moleskin:
- Love that gazebo when it's raining!
- 200 merkins, 300 squats, 400 LBC's… yes, 900 reps and ran a mile!
- Q "ought not of done that" workout just a couple of days out from his 1/2 marathon!
- Dips are not a good alternative for squats (right after merkins) as determined first by 911 and then by Oktoberfest.
- Strong work men!
