The Thangs:

45 sec of high intensity of each of the following exercises followed by 20 sec rest:

  • burpees
  • squats
  • high knees
  • decline mercans
  • lunges
  • mountain climbers
  • calf raises
  • sprints
  • lbc's
  • cdd's
  • apollo's
  • incline mercans
  • 6 inches
  • mason twists

Then we started the list again and got down to the mountain climbers

Moleskin:

  1.  Nothing like a HIIT to get the morning started right!  Just like Corn Flakes and milk baby!
  2.  You could feel the fat burning right off!  Q pulled a fat muscle!
  3.   Burpees were a crowd pleaser
  4.   Everything pleased Oktoberfest
  5.   Getting everyone warmed up for the ultimate frizbee on Sat.
