Run to front playground from clubhouse stopping 3 times along the way for: 25 merkins, 50 squats OYO (75 merkins, 150 squats, 1+ mile run)
75 pull-up's, 75 merkins during our time at the playground. We learned that the pull-up's are much harder to rip off consecutively (few breaks for the 75 merkins) We normally break the murph down into sets of 10 pull-ups, 20 merkins and 30 squats X 10. (Totals at this point: 75 pull-up's, 195 merkins, 150 squats)
Run back to clubhouse stopping 3 times along the way for 25 merkins, 50 squats (75 merkins, 150 squats, 1+ mile run)
Wrap with: 15 merkins OYO, 15 leg lifts IC, 15 merkins OYO, 15 leg lifts IC
Totals: 2.4 miles running, 75 pull-up's, 300 merkins, 300 squats
