5 of F3's finest showed up this morning for a unique mission. At 0445 Red October was handed a confidential file which described this mornings mission and briefed the team on the details. Those details are for the pax who were there, but here are the things we did. Basic instructions: Find each of the 4 checkpoints. Complete as a team 500 reps of each of the 4 exercises given, 1 exercise at each point. Pax decision.
Locate Clue #1 and figure out where our first checkpoint was.
At Checkpoint 1: (5/3 bank)
As a team we did 500 reps of Overhead ruck press (100 per person)
Locate clue #2 and figure out the riddle.
At Checkpoint 2: (greenway bridge)
500 total flutter kicks (100 each)
Locate clue #3 and figure out the riddle.
At Checkpoint 3: (retention pond dam)
500 squats (100 each)
Locate clue #4 and figure out the riddle.
At Checkpoint 4: (rock pile)
Find the weapon and read the final instructions.
250 merkins with rucks as a team (50 each)
250 burpees without rucks as a team (50 each)
Get the weapon back to the launch by 0530.
Sprinted back with the weapon and arrived at 0529!

Made it to the finish with 30 seconds to spare. Once I announced the punishment (100 burpees each) for being late, I've never seen Jimmy O run so fast with a coupon.
2,000 total reps this morning! (500 squats with rucks, 500 flutter kicks, 500 overhead press with ruck, 250 merkins and 250 burpees) Plus a little ruck shuffling. Great job!
