The weather was cold, but that didn't stop 9 brave men (and Soprano Prefontaine) from starting their days off better.

To get warm, we moseyed to the theater.

Warmup

  • Lap around the parking lot

We then ran to the other side of the theater for…

then we ran to the rocks, avoided the anacondas, and met in the pool lot.

  • lap around tennis courts to street and back to pool house

not once.  Not twice, but thrice.

we moseyed half way back to the AO, did a mobility moment, and ran the rest of the way back.
