Cold and Wet

Cold is bad enough, but wet added to cold is a horrible mixture.  But seven powerful men, of the race City Pax, got up early and pushed themselves to be a bit better than the day before. After a bit of confusion just before 0 dark thirty, YHC filled in for the legendary London Whale (who was performing emergency care for his family). Motorboat arrived ready to take the reigns after reading the call for help from London whale.  But cadence had already begun and he moved into the circle and joined in the efforts.  With no prep time,,,, YHC called from memory one of his favorite workouts designed by Jason Statham. It consists of chosing 5 exercises to perform in a circut , and repeating with increasing numbers until it becomes too difficult,, then chosing another 5 exercises to repeat circut.  Sounds like fun,,, and it wasn't.   Cupcake returned to us this morning looking much lighter after purging himself for an unspeakable medical procedure.  With the strong winds many were concerned he would be blown away,, but his exceedingly heavy dumbell kept him firmly anchored as he demonstrated that his strength had not abated.  The mumble chatter was at a minimum, which indicated to YHC that little rest was desired,,, I may have misread this signal.  I have been acused of that before,,, but any pauses would have allowed the Wet/cold to seep into our bodies. Some of our traveling members reluctantly (so they say) left early to catch a flight to a far away land.  God speed to Strutter and Brushless,, stay safe.
