7 men braved the winter gloom for the January 23 installment of Fission. Here's what we did:
Slow mosey to basketball hoop. Once at the hoop, YHC had index cards with a shot style on one side and an exercise with varying make/miss counts on the other. The shooting order was Boar Hog, Cousin Eddie, Olive, Tuffy, Stapler, Hat Trick, and YHC. Here's what we did:

– It worked out pretty well – There were 3 exercise cards not used and 2 more "run" cards, and with shots mixed in the time went pretty fast
– Basketballs don't bounce well in the cold — will need to add some extra air next time in this temperature
Stapler made a basket
– The alley-oop from Hat Trick to Olive for the dunk on the 7-foot hoop was epic
– Tuffy and Cousin Eddie have a smooth stroke – we need to get basketball pre-plasts
– Boar Hog almost made the underhand free throw. so close!
– Hurley got a few runs in, so even he was happy
– Cousin Eddie needs Q's at Fission. Step up — if you can get 1 Q a month, that will go a long way toward fielding Q's at all workouts
