Run across the street to the Birkdale clubhouse lot. It was tough but the 3 of us managed to form a circle for warmarama.

Run up Birkdale commons and over to the cool little path to David Kenney Farm Rd for our first stop.
10 wide merkins, 20 little baby crunches
Run down David Kenney Farm Rd to 73 and over to the Montessori parking lot.
10 diamond markings, 20 rosa litas.
Cross 73 to the sidewalk and run down to Kenton Place fake fountain.
10 merkins, 20 bicycles
Run down the 73 hill to home base at Starbucks Birkdale.

Glad I did the disclaimer at the beginning. Mayhem decided to try and headbut a full grown tree branch (about 6 inches thick) on Hwy 73. Einstein was already too far ahead to notice and just wondered why we were running so slow. I showed a little tough love and told him to suck it up, it was just a head injury, and told him to keep running :o)
We did cross paths with MiniMe and Subzero. Minime was in a mood though when they came in for coffee. Something about where the ugly people sit and the priveledge of sleeping in….. (just another 30 minutes).
Nice to have Stromboli join us for coffee.
