I'm guessing most folks checked the temp, saw a 2 in front, and sacked.  Except Soprano abs Crocs.

When we started, we moseyed around the lot and ended in the back corner to warmup.

Warmup

  • Lap around the parking lot
  • 40x SSH
  • 15x Toy Soldier
  • 15x Imperial storm trooper
  • 10x Long snapper
  • 10x slow windmill
  • 15x Mountain climber
  • 10x merkins
  • 5 burpees

All IC

then we grabbed blocks 

  • 10x Curls
  • 10x OHPs
  • 10x chest press
  • 10x weighted glute bridge 
  • 10x weighted LBCs
  • Lap around half lot

not once, not twice, but thrice 

then we did a quick mobility moment and moseyed to the stairs.

  • 30 sec peoples chair
  • peoples chair exercise 
  • sprint up the stairs
  • 10x merkins
  • Sprint down the stairs 
  • 10x squats

not once, not twice, but thrice 

mosey back to the AO, 3 rounds of Mary and recover, recover!
