Moleskin:

  • It was about 31 degrees with Freezing Rain.  I didn't sleep much because my back was killing me.  Luckily I had the Q or I would have a date with the Fart Sack.
  • He knew the purpose of ISTs.  It seems they are pretty good for stretching your back and hammies.
  • I almost couldn't stand up after the longsnappers.  Bending over was not a good idea.
  • Big Montana is getting his ruck shined up after news broke that Quarter Ruck is coming back.  I've never seen so much excitement before.
  • Dingo always shows up for my Qs.  I appreciate the support.
  • I mentioned something cryptic about 365 Murphs in one year in my PB.  It really had nothing to do with the workout but man that is an impressive feat.
  • The Pax didn't even comment on why we were starting or stopping at 9 reps of everything.  Seems that adds up to 45 and this is my last Q as a 45 yo.
