9 from Mustang and 3 from SVU posted for their monthly Murph downpainment. We ever got a visit from Trump. The last time we saw Trump :covfefe: was before the election last fall. And today he surprised us with a kotter appearance. But from the looks of him he hasn't been far away from the gym. :aw-yeah:

Regarding the Mustang crowd, Abrams was present, which YHC was happy about because it gave me a rabbit to chase. Hefty and Zippy posted with Rucks On and completed rounds of 5-10-15. YHC and Holeshot completed unweighted rounds of 10-20-30. Everyone else did 5-10-15. YHC would like to point out that if you had completed the Paleo Challenge with me, that you too could have enjoyed the same 10 lb reduction that allowed me to complete the 10-20-30 rounds easier than last time.
In the end everyone did 100 pull-ups, 200 'mericans, 300 sqauts, ran 2 miles and ran their mouths even further. We missed a few regulars…all were prayed for.
