The Thang:

Format: 7 rounds. Exercise # for 60-90 seconds with a LARGE LOG (40-50lbs), sprint 80 yards out, jog 40 yards back, bear crawl 40 yards back. 

1)  log bear hug lateral lunge

2) log overhead squat

3) log dercans

4) log lunge twist

5) log curls

6) log crush, press

7) log front squat, press

  • Unlike the holiday Festivus, there were no airing of grievances to accompany the feats of strength. 
  • Q got some feedback on halfing or quartering the logs for modification. Noted. 
  • No low T in the crew after crawling around like bears and man handling logs all morning.
