- 2 Way Bent Row
- Squat Fly
- Curl, Reverse Press
- Underhanded Cross Body Curl, Row
- 1,1,2 Tricep Kickbacks
- Hammer Curl Push Out
- Bench Skull
- Fly Bench
- Overhead Pull Crunch
- WWII Jabs

Moleskin:
- Combo day at Muscle Beach should yeild some big gains. Each exercise contained at least 2 exercises, so it felt like the time was moving slow this morning. Q even tried to slip the Underhanded cross body curl in, but pax questioned the combo validity of this exercise. Q audibled with rows after the curl.
- Schwinn, aka McRib, is back in Muscle Beach after his bike incidence that took out a rib or 2. He felt it on the particularly the ab exercises but pushed through. He even ran his legs in the Ville to Ville relay fresh off his accident. Strong work bro!
- Not much chatter, just a little grumbling…
- Gordon Lightfoot passed on May 1st, so Natty did an audio playlist tribute during the workout. One his most famous songs was The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald.
