Part 1, Let’s Warm Up The Legs

Old School 4×4 pain (4 exercises, 1 min each, 4 mins total with a Merkin chaser)

  • Bulgarian Split Squats on Wall – 30 secs each leg

  • Squats w/ Bricks OH – 1 min

  • Sumo Squat w/ Bricks OH – 1 min
