What do you get when you cross F3 with Covid19? A workout that includes social distancing.
For the first week back of regular F3 workouts, I am extremely happy to announce that nine (9) PAX crawled out from under their covers to scamper around the LFC grounds to enjoy fresh air, fellowship, and of course a beatdown for the books.
And, yes, there was a lot of mumble chatter, which was a BIG compliment to the Q.
