So I put out a PB the evening before offering a solid “ski friendly” workout starting at 0630 being that most people were not headed into the office today.
When I got there at 0625 I see a few cars I recognize and a few I don’t. In the distance there is a small circle of meatheads already getting after it.
Shake saw 0630 and thought, “my kind of workout” so the 2 of us made our way up the parking lot and joined in the fun. It just so happens that the we have stumbled into the infamous MURRRRR. So we did a few rounds of exercises and then ran a mile with them.
Shake and TF continued to work with some suicides….this is Samson right? Down to the first island 10 merkins back to top 10 squats. Repeato to each island down to cars. 50 merkins/50 squats. We did 2 rounds of this.
In between rounds we did some wall sits, dips, and step ups, followed by some more wall sits.
Finally we did some Mary and took a final lap to get us to 2 miles total.
Great job Shake, and happy to run into some others out here. I guess some people are just doing their own thing and not bothering with PB’s or BB’s. I’m good with it, just happy to see some others in the gloom.
