Reflection:

Ephesians 2:10 NLT

For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.

M/C

Ziploc made sure we worked 58 minutes of the hour. Next time I will go the whole 60.

Great to have Jeeves and his 2.0s back out today. Waddle didn't really stop talking a whole lot. Kind of reminded YHC of a little younger Crackle. Great kids!

Waddle did make sure nobody was cheating themselves on the workout

Diesel was back, but as usaul not much M/C from him. It is always great to have him out also.

Diesel and Cornholio was the only to that didn't complain. So I guess they didn't have any pain leaving the body.

Toto did make a 30 minute ride just to come see us. It was great to see you. Thank you

Abrams was happy he got a little head start on his running for the day. The Dude Abides. You are welcome.

Bertha used this workout to warm-up for his amazing golf weekend. Under 80 score on 18 holes. Great job! It was in writing on here and slack. Now it is official.

Spork made an okay attempt to EH another stranger in the parking lot.

Sonar and C# are their always positive selves today with only great positive things to say.

We had a great group out today. Sure hope the ones that couldn't make it out had something better to do.

Thank you guys for letting me lead and pushing me to be better.
