14 men jumoed right into a solid workout.

Warm-up

SSH/Cotton pickers/IST/Toy Soldiers. X 10 IC

Jump on the Pullup bars for a small Cindy

5 Pullups

10 merkins

15 squats

Repeato 5 times

Moset over to the fire pit to flip flop incline merkins/dips 10 IC

repeato 4 times

Mosey back to the pull-up bars to grab a block.

Did a shorten version of the sharknado Do an exercise then run a lap around 2nd island.

Curls X 12 until Kosar requested more then we banged out 20 once.

Skull-crushers x 12

Squats x12

Block-Burpees X10 oyo

Low flutter with press x15-20

lawnmower 10 each arm. 

Got finished with 2

Then just did all the exercises then put up the blocks. 

Do 5 burpess. Recover/recover.

Ended up being over 2 miles of running.  

Kosar learned there is a big difference between PaulBunyan and Bunayn!
